Inclusive Health Services
Physicians’ Office Building
Inclusive Health Services is proud to offer a safe, affirming space for primary care to the LGBTQ+ community, including transgender care – regardless of HIV status.
Our staff includes infectious disease physicians, physician assistants (PAs), nurse practitioners (NPs), registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical office assistants, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed social workers, case managers, clerical staff, and peers. Care is provided through a medical case management model with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner acting as care manager. We accept all insurances accepted through University Hospital.
