Time Off Policy
We understand that each of our Fellows has a personal life with their own responsibilities. For this reason, we are happy to provide our Fellows with time off within the parameters of our Program.
Fellows will plan their vacation time prior to the beginning of the academic year. Vacations can be taken either 1 or 2 weeks at a time during your outpatient clinic weeks only. Fellows are required to send their vacation request to the program administrator first for approval. Only two fellows will be allowed on vacation at one time. Vacation approvals will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Only under special circumstances will changes to vacation time be permitted. A notice of change must be submitted at least 3 months in advance.
